Demolition of existing building and erection of a 4-storey building comprising 309.2 square metres ground floor and basement commercial floor space (Use Class A1/A2/A3) and 6 no. residential flats on the first and second floors, and other associated works (17/00810/FUL).
Objection - No provision for access to the flats has been provided disabled people. None of the flats appears to be designed to provide access and facilites for wheelchair users. In the absence of the scope of Building Regulations to require access and facilities for disabled people the proposal needs to demonstrate suitable provision at the planning stage.
