OBJECTION The house is not designed to provide access and facilities for wheelchair users. The ground floor level is clearly set above ground level with a step at each entrance point. In the absence of the scope of Building Regulations to require access and facilities for disabled people the proposal needs to demonstrate suitable provision at the planning stage. The development does not conform with the Equalities Act   (refused)
