28th September 2017 -  Inglewood Hall, Green Street, Sunbury On Thames, TW16 6QB 17/01400/FUL
Conversion of House of multiple occupation (HMO) to 6 residential flats (4 x 2 bed and 2 x 2 bed) involving extension and alteration to front and rear with associated parking, refuse storage and amenity space.

Objection The extent of works on the drawings contradicts the description of 'conversion', with very little of the original building likely to remain.
None of the new flats is designed to provide access and full facilities for wheelchair users. The proposal needs to demonstrate suitable provision for disabled people at the planning stage. As far as I can tell there is no mention of Lifetime Living nor of any flats being adaptable or wheelchair user dwellings. These matters cannot be introduced under the Building Regulations unless included within the approved planning design. The development does not conform with the Equalities Act.-
