Objection - The dental surgery is over two levels with disabled people having to negotiate two steps to gain access to some facilities, including the toilets. The toilets are too small and are neither unisex nor wheelchair accessible and the Equalities Act is contravened. None of the flats is accessible to wheelchair users and none are visitable by disabled people
