MARIANNE’S COMMUNITY CAFE opened recently in Staines. This is being run by Surrey Disabled People Partnership (SDPP) as a new base for benefits help including form filling.

For all advice regarding social issues pretty similar to what hubs used to offer and more as there's a fully functioning cafe for coffees teas cake etc. It's a haven to come chat and relax.
